Keep it simple here in a private basement bedroom and bathroom in a clean and quiet home! Centrally-located in Salt Lake City and close to the interstate, our home provides for easy access to the city, the mountains, and beyond. 15 mins to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, 22 mins to Little Cottonwood Canyon, and 30 mins to Park City. FYI: Our basement has low ceilings, if you’re taller than ~6’2” you may have to duck occasionally. We also have two cats on the premises.
