Drop in to nature's rhythm at this “DRY CABIN” at the edge of Beluga Slough and Bishop's Beach. This little slice of heaven is both private and centrally located in Old Town. An ideal spot for birding or watching beach, bay and mountains beyond. The adorable 12'x16' DRY CABIN has a half loft with queen bed, and 8'x12' covered porch. It also features kitchenette with sink (& limited running cold water), induction 2-burner and fridge. An incinerating toilet is steps away in a paired outbuilding.

A bright living area features large windows offering unobstructed views of Kachemak Bay and surrounding mountains. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.
