Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. A secure garage for bicycles with charging and repair facilities is also available. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. In summer there is a barbecue in the garden.

On the top floor of our house is this beautiful and tastefully furnished 5-person apartment. This spacious apartment has three bedrooms and a cozy kitchen with a view of the beautiful mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven. Of course, a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine are provided. The apartment features a luxury bathroom and separate toilet.
