The house is located in the village of Fjaltring close to popular Høfte Q, where you can swim, fish and surf. There is plenty of space and nice views of fields and the North Sea from the 1st floor. It is about 850 m to the sea. The garden is lovely. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. Heating is with air-to-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. Electricity costs DKK 2.75 per kWh, water costs DKK 47 per m3. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, this costs DKK 75 per person.

Our unique house is centrally located by a quiet residential road. The three-story house is warmly inviting with open spaces between rooms. The upstairs is open in the ridge with glass windows that let the light flow in! In the beautiful and imaginative garden with lots of flowers you will find tranquility protected from transparency. There is ample outdoor furniture. The city offers exciting shopping, cultural experiences like musical, dance, theatre, museums, and art!

Inside we have on the 1 plan: Kitchen-dining area, 1 room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and the TV room with good space. 2 plan: In the hallway there's a bed and 2 rooms. It is possible for one extra mattresse in one of the rooms. The house is spacious, and very good for families and groups. In 2019 it was renovated. Good terrace with plenty of space, the garden have sun hours from morning to evening out.
