Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
