Spacious annex situated a short drive North of Hereford City. The annex offers : a fully functional kitchen with wood burner, upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a new luxury pocket sprung mattress, shower room and toilet, living room with a king size sofa bed, smart TV, large feature window, patio area and enclosed garden, dog friendly, space for two cars on private drive. There is a housing development in progress to the side of the annex but this should not affect your stay.

A cosy modern house with 2 beautiful double rooms

A modern cosy house with 2 double sized bedrooms (newly built home), with 2.5 bathrooms. Home is 5 mins walk to the hereford horse race course, and about 10-15mins walk to nearby shops such as food warehouse, b&m, home bargains, dunelm, b&q, asda express ( it's 5mins drive otherwise). It's 10mins drive to the hereford county hospital and 7mins drive to the train station. It's a perfect stay for a holiday or for a comfortable short-stay for work.
