Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Ringenäs golf course, Hallandsleden and Prins Bertils Stig around the corner. 1500 meters to Ringenäs and Frösakulls wonderful sandy beach and 4.5 km to Tylösand. New kitchen and bathroom, fireplace, garden and large terrace with barbecue, lounge furniture and sun loungers. Bicycles are available to borrow. 15-minute drive to Stora Torg in Halmstad. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The patio has outdoor furniture and a barbecue during the summer. 15 minutes to Halmstad by car.
