Lots of parking even large stuff Across the street from the inland waterway. 1.3 miles to the Ocean with drivable access on daytona beachs. Secluded but close to shopping and restaurants. Pickle ball courts close(3/4 mile), tennis courts close. Well lighted all around the yard. Available for small pets on a leash. Other breads considered on request, i.e. large poodle, Property owner on premises most of the time. Very safe and secure day and night new bed.. The house was built in 1920

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The river view home is 0.5 miles from public boat ramp for fishing & less than 0.25 miles from several parks. It is half way between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Causeway bridges to the beach, which are each 3 miles to the beach either way. You can also access the waterway, new Pickle Ball facility and golf courses just minutes away. You can have access to kayaks, as well as several bikes & a grill.

Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage, sea wall, pools and all other amenities are closed at this time. Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side. Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.
