Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. Five minutes by car from the A39, Braunschweig, Peine, Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel and Hildesheim can be reached in less than 30 minutes. This makes the apartment ideal for events, trade fairs, seminars, etc. In particular, the proximity to companies such as Bosch, VW, Salzgitter AG, MAN and a few more, makes this apartment interesting for fitters.

Tea house on the Wohldenberg

The converted and extended "tea house" is located in the rear garden area of the old inn on the Wohldenberg (now a private house). Originally - more than 100 years ago - the octagonal house was a music pavilion. Later, it was increasingly used by guests for tea and has since been called the "tea house." A few years ago, we expanded and extended it for residential purposes. The bedroom and living room are equipped with a cozy fireplace.
