Many interesting sights can be reached with an hour's drive : Modum's blue color scheme with the Cobalt Mines, Vikersundbakken, Kongsberg with the Silver Mines, museums. There is a golf course in Sylling (Holstmark - about 14km ) About 70 km to Oslo - one hour car ride.

A beautifully modernized villa from 1905. The property is located a few minutes from the sea and right by great hiking opportunities in the forest and to lakes. 5min walk to train. 17 km to Oslo. Lovely garden with pool, barbecue possibility and space for badmington and other outdoor games. Trim room and activity room in the basement. Sleeps 10 people, divided into 4 bedrooms. Offers rental of bikes, hiking equipment for picnics in forests and fields. Can also help with the purchase of food/drinks.

“Villa Solvang” rural idyll.

Charming, house, simple standard in scenic surroundings. The house is renovated but not modernized. Hiking areas in Nordmarka right outside the door. Walking distance to Hadeland glassworks, and lovely swimming beaches at Randsfjorden. Randsfjord swimming park is located at Haugerstranda. Other nearby attractions are the Kistefoss Museum and historical sites on Hadeland. The place has a large, delicious garden overlooking the fjord.

Basement apartment in quiet villa area. Free parking. The place has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa nook. NB - there is no kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle and easy service with cutlery/cups/barrel. Bedroom has a double bed. There are room for three by taking advantage of the mattress in the living room - see photo. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.

Nystua is a lofted log house and is part of the courtyard of our family farm. The house is located in a large courtyard, it is free and idyllic but also close to train stations which make it easy to travel to the city if you would like. During the season we grow fruits, vegetables and potatoes, maybe you want to cook something in the kitchen in Nystua? Here everything is set for cozy country life near the city.
