3 miles from concerts. Relax by your own, personal pool and roast marshmallows by the fire in the private back yard. Then come inside and enjoy a foosball game at the living room table. This is a peaceful and centrally-located place, in a safe neighborhood. It’s about 5 minutes away from everything in Bangor, and a little over an hour away from the Bar Harbor area, depending on traffic. The entire house is available to you, including the yard, fire pit and pool out back. The pool is unheated.

Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Our home has an open layout w/ a spacious deck and yard off the back of the house and an attached garage. We welcome children and families. This space is centrally located to the shopping areas; 5-10 minutes by car, we are also quite close to the eclectic downtown. Downtown Bangor is a quick 10 minute drive or if you enjoy walking approximately 30-35 minutes through the lovely ‘tree’ streets.

It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor.
