Tiny Hobbit Home – Danish Thatched Retreat

Relax in this unique and quiet home, which is from 1878 and one of Denmark's smallest thatched house. Can be used as a home office and there are supercharger for electric cars 5 minutes from the house. Close to Roskilde, where you can see the Cathedral, where the royal family is buried, and the Viking Museum. Holbæk is also close by with golf course and bird sanctuary. Both cities have cozy pedestrian streets and restaurants. The house is low to the ceiling, but cozy and a nice enclosed garden. It is 45 minutes in transport to Copenhagen City.

The wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy the winter's dark evenings for the crackling and good music from one of the two systems that provide great sound for the family room. There's also a pretty nice home theater with a sound system. Outside, there's an amazing setting in the summer, where the garden invites you to have outdoor food on the grill or over the fire pit. Later in the evening, the sunset or the night sky is indescribably beautiful.

The garden is large, with 2 garden ponds and 3 terraces, where there is room for everyone. The house is very suitable for active families with children. There are plenty of toys, games and bicycles, a large trampoline for the children and a fire pit. The house is located on a quiet, closed road down to Lammefjorden, only 2 houses away from the water. Located in Kisserup Strand, which is about a 45-minute drive from Copenhagen.

Villa apartment close to Holbæk City

Beautiful villa apartment with loft, kitchen area, bathroom with bathtub as well as balcony, garden and terrace close to Holbæk Harbor. Free parking is available at the house. The train station and harbor are 1.5 km from the apartment. The trip to Copenhagen takes 40 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car. Good for friends, colleagues or a couple. If you have children (0+) it counts as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - and there may be construction noise in the neighborhood from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Our amazing cottage is perfect for coziness and relaxation as well as a child-friendly vacation. We have a lovely living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a guest house for overnight guests, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The house is decorated in Scandinavian style. In summer, you can enjoy the garden that is completely shielded from view, sit on the terrace with sun all day, barbecue and enjoy the view while the children jump on the trampoline, play soccer or play in the playhouse.

Beautiful cottage just a 1-hour drive from Copenhagen. The cottage is located in the 2nd row to Lammefjorden. The house was built in 2023 with a large newly built terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. The house is located in a small cottage area, where there is plenty of peace and opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings in the countryside. In addition to the cottage, there is a nice annex, where there is room for two to three overnight guests, in addition to the four sleeping places in the house.
