The cottage is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a natural beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach to Genner Bay and Little Belt, and in clear weather you can see to Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Holiday Center, which means there are some extra benefits included in the price, including a swimming pool and a beach café in the summer season. We have renovated the house, so it benefits our guests. It has been newly painted, has a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so electricity and water costs are minimized.

Lovely pool cottage of 95 sqm in the popular holiday home area Arrild close to lovely forest and nature with delicious partially covered terraces and enclosed garden. The summerhouse was built in 1976/2001 and completely renovated in the spring of 2024. The summerhouse is suitable for 10 people as well as a child. The cottage is divided in two with a covered terrace between them. The cottage is located on a 876 m2 large and lovely garden plot When renting this summerhouse, during the rental period, there is free access to Arrild Swimming Pool.

Your family will be close to the shopping square with several clothing stores, Dagli Brugsen, eateries, etc. New pictures are coming, new carpet has been laid in all rooms.

10 people summerhouse on Rømø with room for the whole family. Only 3 km from Lakolk beach and views of its own forest. In addition to the delicious outdoor spa and activity room, an agreement follows to the bathing center in Skærbæk. So whatever you want to enjoy nature or have fun with the kids around various activities, this house can accommodate it all. In 2023, the summerhouse was completely renovated, as well as expanded with an activity room and heating source. The cottage is not rented out for parties.

The allergy-friendly holiday apartment Haus Lazy Dolphin No. 10 is located in Rantum and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The main beach of Rantum is only 80 metres away through the white garden gate. The 24 m² accommodation offers space for 2 people and consists of a combined living, dining and sleeping area with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom with window, bathtub with shower, hairdryer, toilet, and bath stool.

Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

Enjoy some holidays with the family in our cottage. Beautiful natural area with plenty of trails for mountain biking and long runs or walks. Walking distance to a grocery store, swimming pool (free access), mini golf, large playground, fishing lake and golf course. On the property, you can also stay in our own shelter. The house is centrally located in relation to many tourist attractions: 30 min drive to Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 1 hour to LEGO land.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people: two upstairs bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a guest toilet on the ground floor and another bathroom in the basement. Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, spa, motionsredskaber, billard, dart, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!), brætspil, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Forrygende udsigt ned over byen og dens mange træer!
