Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Our beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea village of Werdum. It is located on a lightly traveled road. From here you have an unobstructed view into the distance. It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my little, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities.
