We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Villa Lumina holiday home close to Hamburg The large, light-flooded and fully equipped detached south-facing red-brick house with a spacious, ingrown garden is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a traffic calmed zone. It offers space for up to 12 guests (max. 8 adults + 4 children up to 12 years) in 4 bedrooms on an area of more than 200m2 and 850m2 of land. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, electric shutters and various play equipment (football pitch, trampoline...)

The apartment offered is located in the basement of a detached house and offers a private entrance for our guests. It is equipped with everything you need and invites you to relax. The house is located on the outskirts of Geesthacht at the end of a dead end road. Directly adjacent to the property is a forest area. A bus stop is within walking distance. Hamburg can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. The city center of Lüneburg can also be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, Internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with a toddler.

It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The nearby Sachsenwald invites you to take long walks.
