Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

40 m2 house with a cosy sleeping loft that is reached by a ladder, and a 140 cm sofa bed. Built in 2019 and located close to the family home. There is also a lovely massage chair in the house that can be used without restriction. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. If a washing machine is needed, it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made, and towels/bath sheets and bathrobes are available for you. Nespresso machine with capsules and tea are included in the price TV and Wi-Fi are available Electric cars can be charged at our place at cost price.

Cozy cottage in Kungsberget

If you're looking for expansive views and a peaceful environment, this is the perfect place for you! Hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling, playing paddle tennis are just a few activities that are available. Here you are greeted by a newly built and stylish accommodation with an open floor plan and high ceilings. Six beds divided into two bedrooms. A fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating in the bathroom and hall. From Kungsberget, you are also close to Högbo gård, Furuvik, Ockelbo, Sandviken and others, with plenty of activities. Welcome!

Sandviken, Bångs Bridges

Unique newly-equipped accommodation with all modern facilities on the shore of Lake Storsjön with a west-facing location and fantastic sunsets 6 km south of Sandviken. 14 km to Högbo Bruk's outdoor area with golf course, mountain biking, ski trails, etc. 29 km to Kungsberget ski resort, 6 km to Strandbaden, Gästrikland's Riviera. 4 km to Trebo Golf and Hotel Hedåsen. Canoe, kayak and rowboat are available. The jetty is shared with the host who lives in the house next door. In winter, a plowed skating rink is outside the door. No pets.

Grindstugan Högbo

Welcome to Grindstugan in Högbo. This small, newly-renovated house is located in the countryside just under 2 km south of Högbo Bruk in Sandviken. In Högbo, there is a plethora of different activities such as cross-country skiing, paddle tracks, MTB, canoeing, swimming, coffee and restaurant. The center of Sandviken is less than 5 km away. Here you will find shopping, grocery stores, the popular adventure pool Parkbadet, Göransson arena and several restaurants. Grindstugan is also only a 30-minute drive from Kungsberget ski resort.

Large studio with proximity to scenic Högbo

Stay close to the fantastic Högbo Bruk. Newly built studio, approximately 85 m2, with open floor plan. Sleeps 4, divided into 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Bed linen is included. There is also a travel baby bed and a high chair for the very youngest guests. The apartment has a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a private fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom, there is access to shampoo, shower soap, hand towels and bath towels. Parking is included.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Skräddarsgården

Welcome to our guest house here at the farm Skräddars in Sandviken! Here you live 2 km from Högbo Bruk with fantastic opportunities for skiing, cycling and hiking. The house of almost 100 sqm was built in 1999 and renovated with new floors, installation of waterborne heating and improvement of surface condition in 2025. Here you live spaciously on a scenic farm! Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms with four regular beds but also a crib and a sofa bed in the living room.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.
