The apartment is a few steps from public transport - 10 minutes to the center of Uherské Hradiště. From the apartment, there is a connection to bike paths and hiking trails. Nice playground 3 minutes from the house.

Na místě je neplacené parkoviště. V okolí se můžete věnovat pěší turistice, cyklistice, kousek je zoo, dětské hřiště, veškerá občanská vybavenost. Do centra města autem za 3 min, pěšky 20 min. Byt je 3+kk s balkónem v 3NP ze 4NP, není výtah. 2 manželské postele, 2 přistýlky a 1 rozkládací pohovka pro 2. Kuchyň plně vybavená.
