Our studio apartment offers accommodation for those who appreciate nature and tranquility. With River Derwent views, we are nestled in the hills of Granton. The apartment occupies the ground level of our home, with its own entrance and car park. Includes Queen Bed, foldaway single bed and/or portacot, comfy couch, tv, aircon, wardrobe, kitchenette (toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, tableware), dining table, separate bathroom, gym, pool, hot tub, BBQ, and courtyard area with outdoor setting.

The grounds are spacious and there is ample parking. There is also a private outdoor under cover barbeque area.
