Apartment in the basement of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the silk valley. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Modern, newly furnished apartment with very central location on Gaustablikk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with porch/patio in a nice building with six units. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. Short distance to Gaustablikk high mountain hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa, "The Happy Sportsmann" and ski center (about 200-300 meters). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.
