Apartment Chilly

Apartment Chilly is situated in a peaceful area Mlino, 800m/10min walk to Lake Bled. Apartment is all new, cozy and warm. You will have unique view on the mountains from the bedroom and terrace. On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft style, it's a place where you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

Our vacation home is located by the lake, consists of four apartments (sleeping/living area in one), laundry room (incl. dryer) sauna + steam shower. The large lake property is an adventure place and oasis of relaxation, for swimming, sun & nature, relaxing. The contrast to overflowing lakes. Well secured, only separated from the house by an access road. Plus shared: children's playground, barbecue, fireplace, dining areas, rowboat, 2 SUPs, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
