The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet.
