Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

The bright and airy space comprises of kitchen opening on to a living area with a sofa bed ( small double) , bedroom with king size bed, shower room ,off road parking . The annexes ideal for three adults, but is equipped for four and works equally well for two adults and two children.
