The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, is located on the 2nd upper floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a new bright bathroom with a rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and a cozy living room. The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

The accommodation, about 35 square meters, is located right on the Obernkirchen golf course, in the middle of Schaumburg Land. A second small room can be used as a lounge. Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation in the middle of fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with a fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm particularly delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours start at 10 pm.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with separate entrance right in the city center. At the top under the roof you will find a living-bedroom with small desk, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakery, supermarket and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens out to the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station is a 20-minute walk. A bike can be rented on request.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
