The three-bedroom villa offers a Private Pool with Salt Water and built in Jacuzzi and is located in front of the Sea, with direct access to the Beach. The brand new luxurious villa offers three bedrooms with three bathrooms, a private pool with salt water and hydro massage, barbeque facilities, sunbeds, garden, parking, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room with satellite TV and fireplace.

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.
