The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead only a few meters past the courtyard, such as the slate guard path.
