Grächen is a wonderful, family-friendly mountain village. In every season you can enjoy the area in a sporty manner or quite comfortably from the magnificent nature. Hiking, cycling, skiing, climbing,... Children also enjoy hiking next to the 'Suonen' [historic irrigation channels], playing on the Hannigalp or climbing in the Robis playground. You don't even need the car here. But there are also great excursions: Zermatt, Saas-fee, the longest suspension bridge, Sion, Leukerbad... even Italy is not far away.

In winter, various winter sports activities await you in the snow-sure Matterhorn Valley.

Trudi’s Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop- off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi’s Terrace has three cosy, comfortable, and stylish bedrooms. We have 2 modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of our apartment. It’s where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note Zermatt is in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately the view has been temporarily altered with the erection of a crane.

Grosses Studio / Big one room apartement

We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden patio - rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend travelling by car with 4WD only because of the snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Stunning views - Free Parking/Wi-Fi

Haus Thor is situated in a quiet area of Tasch, just a short walk from the station. Located on the side of the valley above the village, south facing it offers great views with plenty of natural sunlight The ground floor apartment has 1 large bedroom, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. A large living area with dining table and a large sofa. With free private parking, and free internet access there is little else but to enjoy the local area and great views!

Studio Nina with Garage. Direct train to Zermatt

Studio for max. 4 people with garage by the house. Well equipped, with fondue, raclette set, grill, terrace with a view. Only 10 km from Täsch. The train station is about 700 m away. Shopping 200 m away. Two single beds next to each other. Sofa bed in the daytime room 1.40 m wide. There is firewood in the garage: CHF 10.-, the water boiler is relatively large 120 l but you still have to be careful and take a short shower. Otherwise, you have to wait a few hours.

Oasis-Zermatt Penthouse with Matterhorn view

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. The penthouse has every comfort and has been finished with great attention to detail. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. One bedroom only has a skylight, the bed is accessible via a small ladder and is located directly under the roof. Suitable for children and young people.

Zum Alten Schulhaus: Cozy apartment on the upper floor with great views and lots of sun in the traditional Valais with everything needed for a holiday in the Alps. We often use the apartment for our family vacation, so it is well maintained and furnished. In just 30 minutes by train in Zermatt, in 45 minutes in Visp and 1 hour in Brig. Parking is available right in front of the house, Wi-Fi is available. The price already includes the visitor's tax.
