Βρίσκεται στο επίπεδο του δρόμου συνεπώς εφόσον επιλέγετε ένα κεντρικό σημείο θα πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι υπάρχει θόρυβος από τα αυτοκίνητα καθώς βρίσκεται στο κέντρο. Είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από σουπερμάρκετ, δίπλα σε φαρμακείο, εστιατόριο, καφέ και φούρνους. Υπάρχει μία μικρή ηλεκτρική εστία και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, δεν διαθέτει κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα. It is less than 5 minutes walk from all the city’s historical and culture sights including the Venetian Harbour and sea front. It is also close to the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and amenities but is perfectly located on a small and quiet side street. You’ll love my place because of the ambience and unique style of the house and the neighbourhood.

Πρόκειται για μονόχωρη γκαρσονιέρα 19τμ στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, δίπλα στα Λιοντάρια.Εχει WC με ντουζιέρα, κουζίνα με σκεύη ,ψυγειάκι, ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι ,εξτρα κρεβάτι τύπου ράντζο ,γραφείο, τραπέζι, καρέκλες ,ντουλάπα ,μπαλκόνι.Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο και δεν έχει θέα.Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείων.Επίσης η κεντρίκη αγορά ειναι 1' λεπτο με τα ποδια οπως και πολλα αξιοθέατα οπως μουσεία πλατείες εκκλησίες.

The house has a beautiful garden overlooking the Cretan sea the Port and the airport, Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays.
