Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you. Ten minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the center of Asheville, the house is in a lovely suburban setting close to dining and all that the area has to offer.

We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.
