I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a special little town! I'm your spot for R&R - not parties or noise! I'm up the hill from a small lake *summer'24* - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs. NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING!

Drive through apple orchards and winding mountain roads to get to this 2-acre secluded, wooded site with a pond on a trout-stocked river. A year-round property We now sanitize the apartment with ozone. I'm told this kills bacteria and viruses. Amenities include a fireplace, 43" TV, satellite internet, complete kitchen, hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor showers. Hendersonville is 15 min. and the Asheville airport is about 18 min. Asheville is between 20 to 30 minutes away.
