The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

Welkom in het Friese Wergea, gelegen op fietsafstand van Leeuwarden, van het Nationaal Park de Alde Feanen en van het watersportdorp Grou. Welkom ook in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

Lodging "Smederij Sterk" is located in the old city forge of J. Sterk. The monumental building dates from 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The accommodation has its own entrance, a living room with its own kitchen, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.

Naast ons kleine natuurkampeerterrein (deze is alleen open in de zomervakantie) staat een prachtig vakantiehuis midden in de natuur. Jurjen heeft het huisje helemaal zelf gemaakt en er voor gezorgd dat jullie volledig kunnen ontspannen. Het keukentje is een echte “Oldtimer” maar ook met oven. De houtgestookte Hottub is er los bij te huren voor €90,- voor een weekend en €120,- voor een midweek/week.
