What guest details Hosts can expect prior to booking
Creating a community where everyone can belong and feel welcome is important. That’s why we take steps to help promote an equitable booking experience for all guests and hide certain guest details until after you’ve accepted a booking.
When you receive a request to book, you’ll have this guest information:
- First name
- Identity verification status
- Review rating
- Reviews from other Hosts
- Year they joined Airbnb
- Languages they speak
- If they’re a host on Airbnb
After a booking is confirmed, we’ll share the guest’s preferred first name and legal last name, plus profile photo with you.
