How Host Assist works
Host Assist is a collection of apps that makes it easy to share your space. These apps are offered by companies who have partnered with Airbnb.
Some Host Assist apps are for guest use, and the guest is encouraged to download the company app during their stay. Other Host Assist apps are for use by those who help you host, like cleaners and co-hosts.
How Host Assist works for hosts
With Host Assist, you can sign up for service providers, download their apps, and allow these companies to receive basic reservation information. By visiting the Host Assist page, you can find out which services are available in your region. When you sign up by selecting a listed company, you’ll be taken to their external site to complete the signup process.
Currently, Host Assist apps are only offered in select locations. If any are available to you, you’ll find a Host Assist section near the top of the page in your Airbnb hosting dashboard. From there, you can sign up for apps that are available for each of your listings.
How Host Assist works for guests
If a guest books a listing that’s linked to a Host Assist company account for use by guests, they’ll receive an email invitation to download the company app and create a profile. They’ll receive access to that company for the duration of their stay, and access is revoked at checkout.
