Immerse yourself in the history of this unique octagon house, it is the oldest "gasometer" in eastern Belgium from 1850. It was completely renovated in 2023 and now offers contemporary living comfort. The "Petit Chateau" is nestled in a completely quiet natural landscape with a river and sculpture garden. The town of Malmedy is 12 km away, where you will find the Movie Mills cinema, the "La Scène" concert and show hall and an outdoor swimming pool open from June to August.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

On a plot of 20,000 m², the chalet is surrounded by 7 other chalets that are identical on the outside. Towels and bed linen not included; end-of-stay cleaning is an additional and mandatory fee. A rental guarantee of €350 is to be paid 7 days before your stay.
