It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Unsere 40 qm große Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1.Etage(App.119). Sie ist für max. 4 Erwachsene u.1 Kind eingerichtet. *Sollte es nicht nutzbar sein, kann kein Ersatz gefordert werden!

Inmitten von Feldern und Knicks findest Du hier ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Feldrand mit Weitblick über die Ostsee, der Ostseestrand ist in 20min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Es erwartet Dich ein frisch ausgebauter 14m" grosser Bauwagen mit einem Bett (160), einer kleinen Küchenzeile und je einer Sitzgelegenheit innen/aussen. Das WC und die Dusche befinden sich in einem weiteren Bauwagen nebenan. Frisches Gemüse und Eier aus unserem Garten stehen saisonal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Klappfahrrad :)

Die „Fischerhäuser Heiligenhafen“ liegen auf einem sehr ruhigen Grundstück, direkt am malerischen Binnensee und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt, dem Hafen und dem Strand entfernt. Die Anlage besteht aus zwei stilvollen Doppelhäusern. Über eine private Auffahrt gelangen die Gäste zu den hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Jedes Haus hat eine private Sauna, großen Fahrradschuppen, einen Ofen mit kostenlosem Holz und ein "Brötchenhol-Fahrrad". Die kleinen Gäste freuen sich über ein Trampolin.

The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the Graswarder nature reserve. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten.
