Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

She weighs just 2,7 tons, but has a mighty lot to offer, in the small – even the tiniest – of ways. Her haven is in the pastoral Münsterland, on the campsite "Brockmühle" on the edge of Maria Veen. Unsere abgeschlossene Dachgeschoß-Wohnung bietet auf 53 qm viel Platz, ist lichtdurchflutet und ruhig. Sie liegt wenige hundert Meter von der Jugendburg Gemen entfernt und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren durch die münsterländische Parklandschaft und die NL. Zwei Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot und ein Bioladen sind in drei Gehminuten erreichbar. Deine E-Bikes kannst du in unserer Garage sicher abstellen und aufladen. Zwei Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig entfernt.

The tiny house is surrounded by forest and wide meadows. You will have the area around the flower meadow all to yourself. Depending on the season, apples, sunflowers or wild herbs grow here. A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for bread on a stick are available. The neighborhood has great farm shops with local produce.
