On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

"Hus Utspann" - Experience a wonderful time!

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. IMPORTANT: There is a spa tax! (see below)

It is located in the idyllic Süderdeich, near the North Sea and is the ideal compromise between peace and security and experiences in nearby Büsum (9 km)/St. Peter Ording (25 km). Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
