Dining table with two chairs that doubles up as work area. Conveniently located USB sockets. Outdoor table & chairs for al-fresco dining.

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

In the village of Bursledon, home of ‘Howards Way’ & Hamble Marinas Located in a private courtyard just off the A27 with easy access to the M27 & Bursledon Railway station. 30 minutes from the New Forest, 20 minutes from Southampton & Portsmouth city centres A separate, self-contained, ground level annexe with private entrance. Access to garden & terrace; ample off road parking adjacent to the accommodation. Spacious Lounge & bedroom area, with en-suite shower room & separate kitchen.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Walk along the river, go boating, paddle boarding or stop at the many local pubs. Take the train to London in just over an hour. Travel into Southampton to visit the many shops and historic sites. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
