Welcome to Hede at the foot of Sonfjället National Park. A village between Vemdalen and Funäsdalen, known for noble fishing and magical nature with lovely hiking trails. The place is surrounded by forests, mountains, lakes, ponds, waterfalls and the beautiful Ljusnan that runs through the village. A natural environment where adventure opportunities abound. Close to most things as it is centrally located in Härjedalen. In Hede there is an ICA supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, health center, veterinarian, golf course, camping with heated pool and various shops.

Sports cottage at Vemdalsskalet

Modern sports cottage with 6 beds of about 80 sqm with high cozy factor! Built 2014. Nice and quiet location overlooking the valley and ski area. Near the centre of the shell (1.5 km walk). Close to hiking trails and cross-country trails. In winter you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Other examples of activities are berry picking, horseback riding with Icelandic horse, Storhogna spa, etc. More information can be found at "Destination Vemdalen"

Bernie Ski Lodge

Welcome to the warmth. Relax with the whole family in our cozy mountain cabin. Two bedrooms, loft with 4 beds, bathroom, hall, kitchen, living room and private sauna. Here you get a fantastic view of the mountain expanses and the magical Sonfjället. About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Tavlan apartment

Apartment with nice surroundings of horse pastures and Taveltjärnen. Sonfjället National Park about 15 km and Vemdalen village 8 km. Vemdalsskalet and Björnriket are about 15 km away. Boat is available to borrow at the Tum Lake about 7 km up on the mountain with good fishing, contact us before to book. The apartment is cleaned after your stay, but if you want to add cleaning, there is a fee of SEK 1,000, send me a message if you want to add it and we will sort it out afterwards. No pets or smoking allowed in the apartment.

Welcome to our charming cottage on a former mountain pasture – surrounded by horses, cows and tranquility. Here you live close to nature but with proximity to all of Vemdalen's activities all year round. Large cottage with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms (double bed + bunk bed) and wood-fired sauna. Perfect location for outdoor activities – snowmobile trail 400 meters away, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and beautiful waterfalls nearby. Skiing in Vemdalsskalet (7 km), Björnrike (18 km) and Klövsjö-Storhogna (20 km).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you can hear the silence, enjoy the endless forest in the back after an active day or to find peace in everyday life. With Sonfjället close by and 30 minutes to Vemdalen and Björnrike, you can enjoy the cottage and the surroundings all year round. Beautiful Klövsjö is about 40 minutes away. You have a private sauna and barbecue area on the property. Hede, the town where the cottage is located, has most of the amenities; supermarket, pharmacy, health center, etc.

Cabin with nice views of Sonfjället and Vikarsjön. Nice location with meadows around the cottage. Access to fish smokehouse. Private boat at the cottage and in another lake with good fishing. Located in a cozy village with swimming area, café and many good fishing waters. Close to Vemdalen, about 8 km, Vemdalsskalet, about 15 km and Björnriket, about 15 km. To Sonfjället about 15 km with living mountain pasture and national park. The cottage is cleaned by the tenant after the stay. No pets allowed in the cottage

Welcome to a charming and cozy house in Hedeviken – perfect for those who want to get close to nature, beautiful fishing waters and several nice ski areas. The cottage is located only 15 km from Sonfjället National Park, where you can enjoy fantastic nature, hiking and wilderness experiences. At Rörsjön, there is a rowboat to rent for those who want to fish or just take a quiet ride on the water (pre-booking is required). To the ski slopes in Vemdalsskalet and Björnrike, it takes about 20 minutes by car.

Mountain cabin in Vemdalsporten

Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin (newly built in 2022) with high standards in a scenic and quiet area. Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.

Here you live in a slightly smaller cottage with proximity to slalom slopes and cross-country ski trails and with nature around the corner, it attracts many activities even in summer. Dog-friendly cottage with enclosed terrace. The cottage has self-catering so the guest brings their own towels/bed linens. The guests clean up after themselves after their stay and throw away their trash
