Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Welcome to the Hôtel de la Louvre! Built in 1659, the building in which the apartment is located is one of the oldest in Rennes still standing. The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It immediately overlooks Place des Lices and allows you to enjoy the market on Saturday mornings, bars and restaurants that surround it. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.
