Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Cozy house located in a small very quiet subdivision. Located 25 minutes from Rennes on the St Malo road, close to must-see sites: Dinan (30 minutes), St Malo (40 minutes), Mont St Michel (1 hour). The house is located a 5-minute walk from the village, where you have a bakery, bar-tobacconist and a local grocery store. You can enjoy the Ile and Rance canal to discover the site of the 11 locks just 2 km by car.

Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Old bakery transformed into a harmonious cocoon located near the Rennes – Saint Malo axis and only 20 km from Rennes. Hikes and discoveries immersed in nature near the canal, 11 locks and ponds. This is a completely renovated old farmhouse and composed of two other independent cottages on the same site, washing machine, barbecue and parking are common to the different accommodations.
