Ideally located between Hardelot and Le Touquet, in the seaside resort of Sainte-Cécile, direct access to the sea, shops 5 minutes away, hiking, activities, swimming (paddle rental at the beach) You can do everything on foot or by bike. Bike storage in the building. Wifi. Connected speaker, private parking space, Kite surf spot in front of the apartment. Cats ⛔️

Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/hotplates/Senseo coffee machine and cutlery. Located on the top floor of Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities(restaurants, tobacco,etc.) With an area of 18M2, you will find a bed of 160x200, a shower and a sink, all renovated in 2024 with a clean and elegant decoration.
