This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. La Sagne Barrat, 17th Century Seigneurial House

The house was, on the 17th, the "Noble House of Chassaigne Barrat". "Chassaigne" for "oak grove" and "Barrat" for "gate": positioned on the road of the time, moreover on a promontory, it allowed control (so the toll) of the passages. You will appreciate the charm of the now family home, its calm, the walking departures, its small pond for yourself and the view of the limousine countryside with, three kilometers away, Magnac-Laval and its bell tower.

In ppe we do not rent for the winter period but you can contact us and we will see . House located in the countryside near Gueret 5 kms Enjoy with the family this fabulous very spacious accommodation with lots of room for fun. A department offering many tourist and sports opportunities,mountain biking paragliding swimming walk etc...Parking for 5 vehicles is not a problem with the house with alleys and being equipped with an electric gate.
