Under 2 km finner du kirka, nærbutikk, kai med fiskemuligheter og Nedstrand «Høyt og Lavt» klatrepark. Hytta holder fin standard, har god boltreplass for både barn og voksne. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. For de som har med seg kajakk/kano kan det anbefales å padle både fra Leirå Strand og i Lysevatnet.

It is a short walk to the boat transport that takes you to beautiful Espevær, a must-see place. In addition, the cabin has a good terrace with great views, a fireplace and outdoor furniture. There is also a trampoline for the kids, a sandbox and a small slide for the little ones. Parking about 30 meters from the cabin.
