World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. The Loft at Pelican Pointe is located in the quiet community of South Beach, an easy mile walk to the village of Neskowin. It's a private 650 sqft suite above the detached garage of our beach home and provides breathtaking, expansive views of Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

Surfline Loft, A-Frame Cabin in Netarts

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. This is a perfect vacation get-away for any age and any time of year. Come relax and enjoy this little piece of paradise on the Oregon Coast. This recently remodeled chalet is just steps away from the expansive sandy shoreline and has a gorgeous dead-on view of Proposal Rock. It is located in South Beach, a private gated community in Neskowin. Our place is good for couples, families, and dogs. Dogs must be under 25 lbs., over 2 years old, and be approved. An additional fee required.
