Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

The Cottage occupies a front line position, with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views, just off the high street in the bottom of staithes old town. Two minutes walk from the famous Cod & Lobster pub and eatery. Sleeps 2 The cottage used to be the communal bakery where the womenfolk would bring their dough to be baked You will find yourself immersed in the history of this quaint old village once home to Captain James Cook, artist Dame Laura Knight, and countless smugglers.

Step straight out of the front door and on to Staithes harbour side and beach! Harbour View is a quirky and charming Grade II listed cottage dating back to the 18th century, but with all mod cons. It is a cosy retreat whatever the time of year with a mix of underfloor and thermostatically controlled heaters plus open fire on ground floor. Free Wi-Fi access. Stones throw from the famous Cod & Lobster pub and cobbled High Street and all the local shops.

Modern 2 bed flat on marina development!

This is a modern two bedroom flat located in the marina development of St. Peter's Basin. The marina has a bar/restaurant over looking the boats. The quayside is about 15 minutes walk along the riverbank. There are regular buses (every 15 minutes) which will take you to the quayside the on to the city centre. This is a great place to stay and was my 1st flat before our family grew out of it! Towels and bedding are provided.
