Vi har ett familjevänligt hus med tillhörande Attefallshus. Bostadshuset har 5+1 sängplatser, i fyra rum. Attefallshuset har 4 sängplatser, i två rum. Parkeringen rymmer 2 bilar, gästparkering finns. Det här är ett perfekt ställe för familjer med barn. Både huset och omgivningarna! Det tar knappt 5 min att gå ner till Tulebosjön och bada. Det finns bryggor och är barnvänligt. Skogen med stigar och Bohusleden ligger 500 m bort. Till Göteborg tar det 15 min med pendeltåg från Kållered C.

Perfect for coolcation with outdoor activities, fishing, swimming, great trials for hiking, running and MTB. 20 km to central Goteborg. Swim in the lake (50 meters to small secluded bathing jetty). Use the plastic boat or stand just outside the house for fishing perch, pike and more. Unlimited (almost) trails perfect for MTB or trail running starting just outside the house. BBQ om the terass.

Boendet är beläget på en lugn gata nära sjö. Här lever ni ett lugnt och naturskönt liv med Göteborg på nära håll. Till Göteborg tar ni er med bil alternativt buss på 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. Från Liseberg når ni Rondo, Scandinavium och Ullevi inom 5-10 minuters gångavstånd. Löpspår, vandringsleder, och bad hittar ni 200 meter från huset. Golf och stort shoppingcenter inom 5 min. Boendet lämpar sig för familjen, par eller vänner. Laddbox för elbil finns (extra kostnad tillkommer).

Relax and enjoy this country style home. Our veranda reaches all around the house with views over a lake and our lovely garden. There are plenty of toys and our home is perfect for families. In our front yard we have spacious trampoline and playground down the street. Walk 5 minutes to reach another large lake perfekt for swimming. Gothenburg city is only a 20 minute drive away and the bus-stop is only a 500m walk from our house.

Villa Mölnlycke, 15 min från Göteborg & Liseberg

Ni har tillgång till huset, med två altaner, utemöbler samt en Weber gasgrill. Uterum, med gott om plats för upp till 8 pers. att äta middag. 3 minuters promenad till Solstens busshållplats. Grön Express går var 5-10:e minut och är inne vid Liseberg på 12 minuter & Heden på 15 minuter! Perfekt för Gothia Cup & Partille Cup. Övrigt: Djur- & Rökfritt!
