Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom, living room, there is also a washing machine if it should be borrowed. Towels are available to borrow, the bed is made with clean linens when you arrive. When you leave the apartment, I would like it to look like when you arrived, with the bed made with new linen and clean towels provided.

Smoking is not allowed. Distances: High coast bridge 10 km, Kramfors center 11 km, Pizzeria & grill 400 m, boat harbor and bathing place 700m. You can find more than 30 nature reserves in Kramfors municipality, being Skuleberget the top of them.

Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Bed linens are included. Near the marina, there is a sauna for rent. Sandy beach and cliffs around. Private entrance to the apartment but the host couple lives upstairs.
