The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There's a large green garden with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a cockerel, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).
