Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. Our holiday home is suitable for couples and families (with kids).It is a nice rural holiday home with lots of nice walking, biking and fishing opportunities. A place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
