Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

You have the place all to yourself with everything you need to relax in a quiet location, with parking outside the accommodation. The guest house has a large bedroom and separate lounge/dining room overlooking the stunning garden, a kitchenette and an ensuite shower room.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.

The Bull Pen - Barn conversion 3 Ensuite bedrooms

The Bull Pen is 8 miles west of Cambridge, in the Cambridgeshire village of Bourn. It is a comfortable and peaceful place with open space indoors and outside for friends and families to enjoy. All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. 5 miles west of Cambridge, separate dwelling with coded gate & key safe. Shower room with basin & toilet. Kitchen area has everything you need including cooker, fridge, washing machine, folding counter extension, bar stools & clothes cupboard. Lounge area has Double Sofa Bed, opens by pulling the back forward. Wall mounted 32" smart TV. Double doors open onto decked patio with table & chairs.

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
